Mindful Adventures (Teenagers Meditation Classes)

Children can meditate – as early as age 7! If your children have been facing a hard time focusing on their studies or expressing anger, meditation can help!
Teens are entering a new phase in their lives; they have to cope with physical changes as well as socio-emotional challenges.
Meditation can improve their wellbeing, reduce their stress level, enhance focus & improve emotional management. Why start later when they can start now!
Introduce your children to a new lifestyle so they may learn to fill themselves with Love, Peace and Joy. This can be the greatest gift that a parent can offer.
Mindful Teens (13-17 years old)
Every 2nd & 4th Sunday @ 3pm-4.30pm

Module 2: Unplug Your Anger (Emotional Management)
Module 3: Focus Pocus (Concentration & Balance)
Module 4: The Power to be Me (Self Acceptance)
Module 5: The Art of Saying No (Managing Boundaries)
Module 6: The Healing Path (Forgiveness)
