Our Vibrations, Chakras and Health Workshop

This is a session of revelation, an eye opener  which gives clarity and understanding of –Why Chakras exist, their association with various organs, process of disease and ways to heal and balance Chakras and maintain health and vitality.

Energy, Emotion,Thoughts n Words  have an integral connection, negative thoughts and emotions lead to Chakra imbalances,  resulting in physical and physiological disorders.

Our body memory is more than the brain memory hence we store our issues  in our  tissues.  Emotional blockages impact Sacral Chakra affecting the lymphatic activity. Blocked lymphatics (inguinal node in thigh joints) may cause lower back pain, water retention,  menstrual and gynecological problems.  Similarly our attachments or the feelings of anguish & hurt affect the Heart Chakra. It may cause heart conditions, neck shoulder, upper back/back pain, breast lumps etc.
