冥想5分钟等于熟睡1小时。 许多医学研究证明静坐冥想对身心灵的健康是非常有效的。我们大部分的注意力都被引向外在世界,例如:家庭、工作、以及金钱物质的需求。大部分的时间,我们都无法静下心来,去感受生活的每个片刻。

静坐冥想不仅能提升专注力,减轻压力,改善睡眠品质、舒缓情绪、也能提高我们的免疫功能、创造力与直觉力!

静坐冥想不含宗教色彩,近年来已被普及化。许多好莱坞名人,世界级的运动健将以及成功人士都是静坐冥想的爱好者。

李彦洁拥有超过6年的静坐与情绪身心疗愈的经验。她深信静坐冥想可以改变每个人的生活。她对静坐冥想的热爱让她成为了专业的灵性导师。她也是家庭系统排列导师(Family Constellation),生命原点治疗师(Reference Point Therapy)以及天使牌占卜师(Angel/Oracle Cards Reader)。

Five minutes of meditation is equivalent to an hour of deep sleep. Many scientific research have proven that meditation is beneficial for our mental, emotional and physical health. Most of the time, we are too busy dealing with the outside world; may it be our work, friends or family. Because of the hectic lifestyle, it is important for us to set aside time for ourselves to find peace and quiet down our mind. The more at peace we are, the more we can taste every moment of life.

Besides helping us to de-stress and improve our ability to focus, meditation also helps in improving our sleeping patterns, immune system, creativity and intuition. That is why many world-class athletes and successful people are practicing meditation too.
