Chakra is a Sanskrit word means Wheel. It is also explained as spinning wheel or vortexes of energy within our physical body. There are 7 major chakras / energy centres in our physical body. Each chakra has its own functions, colour & position.

Chakras are easily influenced by our thinking habits in our day to day life which eventually will affect our physical health. If you practise positive thoughts and feelings consistently, your chakras will be balanced. Balanced chakras help to create/maintain healthy body & create balance life.

Topics that will be covered in this meditation:-
1) You will know the positions and colours of the 7 major chakras;
2) You will understand the functions of the 7 chakras;
3) You will be learning chakras cleansing, healing and balancing through 2 guided meditations; and
4) You will experience relaxation during meditation.
